Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that this policy applies only to orders placed within the State of Florida.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Once the item is returned, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase, please email our Customer Care team at support@insaneglowskincare.com. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Gift Returns
For items received as gifts, please reach out to us at support@insaneglowskincare.com. In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.
Please Note the Following:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on partial sets, bundles, or empty containers.
- Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.
- Only products purchased directly from www.insaneglowskincare.com qualify for returns. Please contact the original retailer for returns on items purchased elsewhere.
- Insane Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return once it arrives. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete. For e-gift card refunds, we will email a new e-gift card to the original email address.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@insaneglowskincare.com. However, due to our fast processing times, we may not always be able to cancel or modify your order before it ships.
Cancellation Terms:
- We cannot cancel individual items from an order; only full order cancellations are accepted.
- If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email and a full refund for the canceled items.

Shipping Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@insaneglowskincare.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the update if the order has already shipped.
Florida Sales Tax
As a business located in Kissimmee, Florida, we are required to collect and remit Florida sales tax on all purchases made within the state. The applicable tax rate will be calculated and applied during the checkout process.
Legal Compliance
In compliance with Florida’s Consumer Protection Laws, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), all our refund and return processes are designed to ensure that you, the consumer, are treated fairly and transparently.
